Almost all the 20+ signatures originally on the ball are deteriorated, and many are indecipherable. Among those that can be recognized are: Charles Comiskey, Ted Lyons, Charlie Robertson, Dave Bancroft, Muddy Ruel, Butch Henline, Frank Frisch, Heinie Groh, and Bud Clancy. The ball itself is a Reach Official American League ball, double-stitched, Ban Johnson signature.
